These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the GFI Tracker web application at gfitracker.com (the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
GFI Tracker is a private insurance-agent back-office application. It tracks production, training, goals, and office hours. Agents may optionally connect Google Calendar so the Service can read, create, update, and delete that agent’s Google Calendar events.
Access is invitation-only. Accounts are created by an administrator. You must keep login credentials confidential and use the Service only for authorized agency business.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and initiated by the agent. Google access uses the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. You may disconnect in the Service or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Google user data for any purpose other than the calendar features described in the Service and Privacy Policy.
Use of personal and Google user data is described in the GFI Tracker Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided as-is for internal business use. We may modify or discontinue features with notice when practical.
